Wet flush graphite machine center DC6060G is designed based on CNC milling machine DC6060A. The inner structure of the machine adopts a full sealing cover design to prevent the machine parts and electronic components from corrosion and pollution by graphite dust and metal chips. The wet flush graphite machine center DC6060G Just as its name implies, it is equipped with a wet flushing system to remove the graphite dust.
Wet flush graphite machine center DC6060G is initially designed for the local leading company of graphite electrode industrial at the request of clients. Now, this type won the honor of excellent product of graphite electrode industrial.
This wet flushing system consists of water curtain dust removal, which is R&D by KAIBO (Patent No.: ZL200710068794.5). The water curtain device is installed on the spindle. The water curtain can flush away all the graphite dust sufficiently while processing to the water tank.
More cost-effective without the vacuum cleaner.
Wet cutting processing could prevent dust accumulation.
