High accuracy CNC milling machine for auto parts processing DC1520 is with a working table of 1500*2000mm, which is very sufficient to load most size of the mold in the market; the Z-axis stroke has reached 720mm, which can capable of processing of most molds. It even can be used as a mother machine to build machines for some plant.
Besides of standard flood coolant system, High accuracy CNC milling machine for auto parts processing DC1520 also provides the option of through spindle coolant (TSC).
When Flood coolant systems have a hard time removing chips from deep holes, the chips may possibly get stuck in the hole leading to loss of precision and the possibility of tooling damage. To prevent this, peck drilling must be used on deeper holes to prevent chip packing. While this will drastically increase the time it takes to drill a hole and ultimately your cycle time. Thus, many automotive, aerospace, and oil/gas companies will require the TSC systems for their work.
TSC prevents “bell-mouths” on the holes which are when the tool slows down because of the chips in the hole leading to poor surface quality especially around the lip of the hole. KAIBO CNC milling machine with TSC can drill in one straight shot with a much higher feed rate leading to a much faster and cleaner hole.

P class HIWIN or PMI/Taiwan linear guide, The guide (slider) adopts a roller guide with a larger contact surface.
