Double column large CNC milling machine GV1625 is designed for complex, large-part machining, such as airframe components, layup molds, and composite structures. The machine’s rigid steel construction provides a very stable cutting platform. A traveling guard protects the operator from chips and coolant and keeps the workspace clean.

Double column large CNC milling machine GV1625 adopts FANUC (SIEMENS optional) for the controller system and servo motor. The main parts of the machine are from Taiwan, including the guides, screw, spindle, etc. Reasonable structure design, strict assembly and debugging, make sure the machine fits the requirement of high-speed and good finishing.
It even can be used as a mother machine to build machines for some plants.
Double column large CNC milling machine GV1625 also provides the option of high-pressure coolant (HPC). With high-pressure coolant, we’ve made sure the CNC coolant is being delivered to exactly the right location where it will do the most good.
Double column large CNC milling machine GV1625 with high-pressure coolant (HPC) system, the next level of the benefit comes from dramatically increasing the pressure and volume of coolant delivered to that sweet spot. Therefore, this improves chip evacuation, hence the reduction in the need for peck drilling.
Double column large CNC milling machine GV1625 has 3 linear guideways on X-axis, the two tracks on XY plan and YZ plan to support Ram & Saddle, which could reach optimize dynamic characteristics.
Z-axis equipped with 4 linear guideways on two sides of the slider, each side undertakes the same cutting force, which balance design would enhance the machine lifetime and accuracy.
Dual ball screw and pneumatic counterbalance system in Z axis, its stable structure for high speed cutting purpose.
