Auto parts CNC milling machine DC1417 is in the line of medium/large size gantry machines. It is dedicated to 3 5 axis high-speed machining as well as heavy-duty machining on hard materials. The possibility to have an automatic head changing system or as an alternative, the automatic spindle cartridge change, allows the machines to be much flexible and suitable for complex machining both in moulds/dies industry and in the aerospace industry.
Auto parts CNC milling machine DC1417 is with a working table of 1400*1700mm, which allow loading workpiece size more than 1 meter; the Z-axis stroke has reached 700mm, which can capable of processing most molds; it is equipped with a mechanical spindle to greatly increase the cutting speed; a 24-tool arm is optional Type tool magazine to improve processing efficiency.

Gantry type double column with higher stability than the C type. The workpiece is fixed on the table so that the weight of the workpiece does not affect the machine’s performance.
And Short throat deep ( distance between column guide rail surface and spindle), it can avoid the shake of ferrous metal cutting.
Auto parts CNC milling machine DC1417 also provides through spindle coolant (TSC) systems as an option, to give you faster cycle times and cleaner holes. KAIBO machining centers also feature a rigid design and a roller guideway for faster rapids and higher machining accuracy.
